The Happiness Test

Take this test!
As you now know, your relationships have a positive effect on your overall happiness. Positive personal relationships provide you with a base of support through happy and sad times. By having strong personal ties, you can truly gain a sense of belonging and feel that others are there for you. This certainty helps make you more comfortable relating to the people around you.

The connections you have to your support network are where your happiness springs from most. It's also the place where your happiness gains the most power and stability. Because your relationships appear to be the natural anchor point for your happiness, know that you can always tap into these resources when times get rough.

There is real power in creating and nurturing these connections. Close personal relationships allow you to relax into the knowledge that you can be who you are. By developing these ties with others, you build valuable resources that you can draw upon in less happy times.
