People driven by Connection are most fulfilled when interacting with others. They connect to the world through their connections with people. For this reason, they thrive on social attention and are apt to join groups and organizations, either formal or informal. They are fun-loving and someone people think of as caring because it's worth it to them to maintain their relationships. Their social nature drives them to seek intimacy. It is exactly this desire to meet people at a deeper level that also can make them more vulnerable than others when they are rejected or embarrassed by something.
